The Challenge
Manual construction takeoffs are slow, inconsistent, and expensive. Estimators were spending hours measuring plans by hand, then repeating the work across revisions while trying to keep material variance tight enough to avoid margin erosion.
Our Solution
We built an AI-assisted takeoff SaaS that ingests blueprint PDFs, extracts dimensions and framing context, and generates structured lumber and framing material estimates. The system also creates supplier-ready takeoff packages and tracks incoming quote responses in one workflow.
The Results
